Quality & Compliance

/ 04

Trust is a process.

Every lot we trade is backed by supplier verification, a complete document set and batch-level traceability — so your incoming inspection has nothing to chase.

The process

/ 04·01

Four stages, one standard.

Quality in trading is a sequence, not a certificate. Four controls close four risks — applied to every order, every origin, every grade.

  1. Stage 01

    Supplier verification.

Every producer is qualified before the first order — company standing, production track record and approved samples. No material enters the book until its source has been verified.

    Window
    Before first order
    Control
    Standing · record · samples
    Output
    Approved supplier file
  2. Stage 02

    Pre-shipment documentation.

Specifications are confirmed and the document set is issued before material leaves origin. Certificates travel ahead of the cargo — receiving teams check paper against material, never the other way round.

    Window
    Before departure
    Control
    Spec & documents confirmed
    Output
COA · TDS · MSDS issued
  3. Stage 03

    Batch traceability.

Lot and batch numbers are recorded from producer to delivery point, so a consignment can be traced to its origin and checked against its certificate.

    Window
    Origin → delivery
    Control
    Lot & batch retained
    Output
    Full audit trail
  4. Stage 04

    Claims & feedback.

Quality claims are reviewed against the retained batch record and resolved under the terms of the sales contract. Every finding feeds back into supplier review.

The document set

/ 04·02

Paper travels with material.

Three documents anchor every consignment. The rest are issued where the destination or the application requires them.

COA DOC·A

Certificate of Analysis

Measured values for the specific lot — melt flow, density, mechanicals — tested against the grade specification before release.

Issued per batch

TDS DOC·B

Technical Data Sheet

The grade’s typical property profile — processing parameters, physical and mechanical data. The reference your engineers design against.

Issued per grade

MSDS DOC·C

Material Safety Data Sheet

Hazard identification, safe handling, storage and transport classification — in the format the destination market requires.

Issued per shipment

Also issued where required — Certificate of Origin · Batch certificate
