Flexible terms on every routing — the rail marks where cost and risk transfer at each step from EXW to DDP.
- EXW Ex Works Buyer collects at the works gate; risk transfers at origin.
- FCA Free Carrier Handed to the buyer’s carrier, export-cleared, at the named point.
- FOB Free on Board Cleared for export and loaded; risk passes on board the vessel.
- CFR Cost & Freight Freight paid to the discharge port; risk still passes on loading.
- CIF Cost, Insurance & Freight As CFR, with marine insurance carried to the discharge port.
- DAP Delivered at Place Delivered to the named place; buyer handles import clearance.
- DDP Delivered Duty Paid Door to door — duties, taxes and clearance for our account.
